Eric Wong is Director of Cyber Operations & Technologies at Synapxe, Singapore’s national HealthTech agency, where he leads operational cyber defence and drives cyber strategy and security architecture for the public healthcare sector. He has built and matured cyber defence capabilities across one of the largest and most complex healthcare environments in Singapore, spanning security operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and enterprise security engineering. Eric also contributes to national cybersecurity efforts, including the revision of the Multi-Tier Cloud Security (MTCS) standard. He holds the GIAC Security Expert (GSE) certification alongside CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, CCSP and CISM, and serves as President of the ISC2 Singapore Chapter.

A veteran cybersecurity leader with over two decades of experience, Freddy has been instrumental in shaping Singapore’s cyber defence landscape and continues to champion digital resilience across the region.

With a distinguished career spanning over 40 years, Freddy began his journey in the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, where he played a pioneering role in establishing Singapore’s cyber defence capabilities, including the Computer Security Monitoring & Investigation Centre and the national Computer Emergency Response Team.

He has since held senior leadership positions across leading organisations, including serving as Chief Security Advisor for Microsoft Asia Pacific and taking on strategic cybersecurity roles with major telecommunications and cybersecurity firms. His expertise spans cybersecurity strategy, advisory, and large-scale digital risk management.

Christopher Lek leads the cybersecurity team at Nanyang Technological University, bringing over 20 years of professional experience across telecommunications, finance, and global conglomerates. His expertise spans governance, risk management, security architecture, and cyber defense. Beyond his role at NTU, Christopher serves as an Executive Committee member for the Singapore Advanced Research and Education Network (SingAREN), where he contributes to strengthening cybersecurity within Singapore’s research and education sectors. Recognized for his leadership and impact, he was inducted into the CSO ASEAN Security Council in 2024 after receiving the CSO ASEAN 30 Award for three consecutive years.

Tien San is an accomplished entrepreneurial style leader in the cybersecurity industry with over 20 years of cybersecurity experience. He has held various APJ-focused and global leadership roles including strategy, cyber technology & services management, strategic partners & alliances, technology scouting, delivery and corporate development in cybersecurity vendor and service provider environment helping organisations address their business and technical aspects of cybersecurity.

Mr Lim Shih Hsien leads Seatrium’s digital ecosystem, overseeing Cybersecurity, Information Technology (“IT”), and Operational Technology (“OT”) to ensure security, enhance efficiency, and propel innovation.

With over 25 years of experience, he has held leadership roles in both public and private sectors, driving digital transformation at organisations such as Certis Group, SP Group, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, and MOH Holdings. His expertise spans cybersecurity strategy, IT systems management, OT optimisation, and technology risk governance.

An active thought leader, Mr Lim contributes his insights and expertise to global platforms including the World Economic Forum Centre for Cybersecurity, Hong Kong Health Authority, and Gartner Research Board.

Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems (First Class Honours) from Curtin University, and a Master of Science in Communications and Network Systems from Nanyang Technological University. He also attended the Leadership‑in‑Action Programme at Harvard University.

Calix Toh brings over 14 years of cybersecurity experience in channel management, business development, and solution architecture. As Channel Sales lead for Asia at Vectra AI, Calix collaborates closely with distributors and partners across the region. His primary focus is empowering these partners to help customers like you build robust security foundations using Vectra AI’s advanced threat detection and response capabilities, securing on-premises, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments against evolving cyber threats. Through effective channel strategies and enablement, Calix plays a key role in ensuring organizations can successfully deploy Vectra AI.

Yuchang is a Solutions Engineer at TrendAI, with nearly a decade of experience spanning security consulting, vulnerability management, and enterprise sales. Known for bridging the gap between complex technical solutions and real-world business needs, he has built a strong track record of helping organizations across APAC to strengthen their security posture.

David Duan is a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect at TeamViewer, partnering with large enterprises across the Asia‑Pacific region to design and deliver secure, scalable Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT and solution engineering, he specialises in aligning technology architecture with business objectives across complex enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments. David brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and solution design, supported by certifications including TOGAF®, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and TM Forum eTOM, enabling organisations to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

With over 20 years in the trenches of network and cloud security, Deepu James has seen the industry’s most significant shifts firsthand. For the past decade, he has been a key technical leader at Tenable, helping organizations master cyber hygiene, manage exposure, and navigate complex compliance requirements. Deepu is currently focused on the dual-edged reality of AI, specializing in both AI for Security and Security for AI. He is particularly dedicated to using Agentic AI automation to address “mythos” concerns, using autonomous, goal-oriented systems to replace hype and ambiguity with precise, automated defense. His mission is to ensure that as we integrate AI into our operations, it serves as a transparent and reliable protector of the modern enterprise, transforming it from a potential vulnerability into a resilient defensive ally.

Jayant Dave is a veteran cybersecurity strategist with over two decades of experience securing global financial ecosystems. As the CISO for APJ at Check Point Software, Jayant serves as a vital bridge between complex technical defense and corporate governance. His career is defined by a decade-plus tenure at Citibank, where he led high-stakes global initiatives and maintained extensive exposure to regional and international regulators. Jayant is a specialist in navigating the “Three Lines of Defense,” possessing a proven track record of articulating cyber-risk as a business liability to Boards of Directors and steering organizations through rigorous regulatory scrutiny.

Holding elite industry certifications in emerging technologies, Jayant doesn’t just deploy security he builds the regulatory-compliant resilience that allows enterprise leaders across Asia Pacific and Japan to innovate with absolute confidence.

Nitesh Parasher is a Principal Sales Engineer with over 15 years of cybersecurity expertise, specialising in cryptography and data protection. As a trusted advisor, he helps enterprises in highly regulated sectors, such as financial services, design secure architectures, and achieve regulatory compliance. Nitesh excels at translating complex concepts into actionable strategies for technical and business stakeholders. His expertise spans cloud security, HSMs, PKI, and crypto-agility. Richard Combes is a cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. Since 2020 he has led leads Sales Engineering for Data Protection across EMEA and APJ at Proofpoint helping customers manage data risks.

Previously, he spent 15 years at Symantec in Product Management and Sales Engineering leader roles, specialising in data security.

He holds a CISSP and IAPP EU Privacy Professional and Privacy Program Manager qualifications.

Satyen leads the region’s go-to-market strategy and end-to-end execution across sales, engineering, channels, and customer success. He brings nearly 30 years of APAC experience, with senior leadership roles at IBM, SAP, Cisco, NTT, and Cloudflare, where he led ASEAN, Korea, and India. He is passionate about diversity, growth, and performance, and is an avid sports enthusiast and traveller, with a geographically diverse background across Asia Pacific.
