Mr Lim Shih Hsien oversees the security, efficiency, and innovation of Seatrium’s digital ecosystem, covering cybersecurity, IT (Information Technology), and OT (Operational Technology).

Mr Lim brings with him close to 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT and OT. Prior to his current appointment, he assumed various leadership positions in public and private sectors, driving digital innovation and transformation. His career achievements in Certis Group, SP Group, The Hong Kong Jockey Club and MOH Holdings Pte Ltd include developing robust cybersecurity strategies, overseeing IT systems, optimising OT initiatives, and managing technology risks.

Mr Lim has contributed his thought leadership at international platforms such as the World Economic Forum Centre for Cybersecurity & Electricity Industry Community, Hong Kong Health Authority, Gartner Research Board and Temasek Team8.

Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems (First Class Honours) from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia and a Master of Science in Communications and Network Systems from the Nanyang Technological University. He has also completed the Leadership-in-Action Programme by Harvard University.

Eric Wong is the Director of Cyber Operations & Technologies at Synapxe, Singapore’s National HealthTech Agency. He oversees a broad range of critical responsibilities, including Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), proactive threat defence, red teaming, security architecture, security engineering, Security Operations Centre (SOC), threat intelligence, and vulnerability assessment.

Eric holds the prestigious GIAC Security Expert (GSE) certification, along with other professional cybersecurity credentials such as CISSP, CISM, and CCSP. He has earned two Master’s degrees and completed the CSA-SMU Cybersecurity Strategic Leadership Programme.

In addition to his professional role, Eric serves as President of the ISC² Singapore Chapter and is recognised as a Validated Information Security Professional by the Association of Information Security Professionals (AiSP).

Zhixiang is a Security Engineer at Check Point Software Technologies with over 15 years of experience in Cloud and Network Security. With extensive expertise in consulting and architecting security solutions, he has supported numerous customers in the enterprise and government sectors in addressing their cybersecurity challenges. Zhixiang is passionate about sharing his cybersecurity knowledge and helping his customers enhance their cybersecurity maturity.

Sharat has over 17 years of experience assisting organizations in the areas of observability, security architecture, threat detection and threat hunting. As a Security Engineering Director for Asia Pacific at Vectra AI, Sharat and his team works with enterprises across APJ to assist with the security foundations covering visibility, detection and response across on-premises, multi-cloud and hybrid footprint, which helps organization embrace agile technologies to stay competitive.

Sharat holds undergrad degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and post graduate MS in Telecommunications and Software Engineering. Sharat is also a member of Sans/GIAC Advisory Board, holding multiple security certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, GCIH,CDPSE,CCSK etc.

Bruce brings with him over 20 years of experience in Information Technology across a range of industries and domains. Prior to his current role, he was with Synapxe Pte Ltd, where he supported IT infrastructure for Singapore’s northern cluster of restructured hospitals. He led various teams in commissioning IT infrastructure for new healthcare facilities, including Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Yishun Community Hospital, and Admiralty Medical Centre.

Bruce has extensive experience in building data centres, network storage, cybersecurity, virtualisation, IT operations, and vendor management. He currently serves as the hospital’s Chief IT Security Officer and Data Protection Officer, with overall responsibility for maintaining the hospital’s cybersecurity hygiene.

David has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Infocomm, and Cybersecurity. He leads the Technology Information Security Office at OCBC Bank, with oversight of subsidiaries across the OCBC Group. He is responsible for formulating the cybersecurity strategy, as well as developing and implementing a cyber defence roadmap to address emerging cyber risks and threats.

Today, David is one of the longest-serving members of the Association of Banks in Singapore’s Standing Committee on Cybersecurity. He plays a leading role in collaborating with other industry participants and key government agencies, such as the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore. In 2021, David was conferred the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) Fellow Award in Technology, in recognition of his professional mastery, thought leadership, and commitment to industry development.In 2023, David played an instrumental role in securing a CSA Cybersecurity Certification – Cyber Trust Mark (Advocate) for OCBC’s Critical Information Infrastructure (CII). This certification signifies that the cyber and IT security controls for OCBC’s CII are aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 – an international standard for managing information security.

Prior to joining the Bank, David served as Director of the IT Security Division at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). During his tenure, he represented MAS in key panels and working groups, including the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) G10 Group of Computer Experts on Security Issues.

Jon Lau is a Director at A*STAR, where he focuses on cybersecurity strategy, policy, and governance. He is actively involved in the cybersecurity community as an Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Computer Society’s Cybersecurity Chapter and as a member of the Cloud Security Alliance Singapore Chapter.

Jon’s expertise is widely recognised, and he is invited annually to serve as a judge for the prestigious Cybersecurity Awards organised by the Association of Information Security Professionals (AiSP) and the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA). In recognition of his contributions to the industry, he was recently conferred the distinguished title of SCS Fellow.

Rodman Ramezanian, with over 14 years of cybersecurity experience, is the Global Cloud Threat Lead at Skyhigh Security, Rodman focuses on Public Sector, Federal, Defence, and Enterprise organisations across Australia and New Zealand. He also serves as the Director of Events and Professional Development for ISACA Canberra, offering technical advisory, mentoring, and guest lectures to university students and other educational institutions across Australia. Rodman specialises in the areas of Adversarial Threat Intelligence, Cyber Crime, Data Protection, and Cloud Security. He is an Australian Signals Directorate (ASD)-endorsed IRAP Assessor with a number of industry certifications to add to his experience. Candidly, Rodman has a strong passion for articulating complex matters in simple terms, helping the average person and new security professionals understand the what, why, and how of cybersecurity.

Melvin Koh is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with 15 years of experience, specialising in data cryptography and application development. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with banks and government agencies across the ASEAN region, with a focus on safeguarding digital assets and systems.

Jeff Yeo is a seasoned regional technical leader at Trellix, driving presales excellence across the Asia Pacific region. With over 17 years of IT experience, he has held pivotal roles at Cisco, Aruba (HPE), Citrix, BT Global Services, and GovTech (IDA). Jeff specialises in security, cloud, and software technologies, with a proven track record in project management, technical sales, and partner ecosystem development. His expertise spans enterprise mobility, SSE, Identity, ITDR and Zero Trust solutions. A strategic thinker with extensive regional experience, Jeff is passionate about operational excellence and fostering innovation in the IT sector.

Yuri Pinheiro is responsible for driving adoption of the Tanium XEM Platform across partners and customers in the region.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in cybersecurity with roles in spanning R&D, Solution Architecture and Pre-sales and has previously worked at Symantec and Automation Anywhere.
